Understanding Others w/ Internal Family Systems
Understanding Others w/ Internal Family Systems
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Internal Family Systems is a therapeutic approach that looks at all of our individual “parts” and how they are affecting the entire system. It’s helpful to understand that while one part of the system might be doing something bothersome, there are other parts that are trying to be healthy. This training will give you some new language for helping others recognize that they are more than just one thing (angry, alcoholic, inmate etc.).
