Genji Tokugawa, 22 died September 11, 2022, in a motorcycle accident while serving on active duty in the United States Army. Recently promoted to the rank of Specialist, Genji served as a paratrooper with the 1stSquadron 91st Cavalry Regiment, Airborne. Genji’s medals and certifications include his paratrooper wings, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, and the Army Service Medal.

Genji chose to see the best in people and was never reluctant to lend a hand to those most in need. Genji’s family will always remember him for his gentle demeanor, kind spirit, and his always genuine smile.
